Daily Log

When working on yourself with any form of energy medicine, it is a good idea to buy yourself a small book and keep a daily log of the effects you experience.

As things change for you, such as general mental and emotional outlook, or the way you feel, or odd or strange things you may experience, when these things pass, you often forget them and then think that nothing has happened.

By keeping a log of even the most subtle thing you experience, is a way of learning to be more sensitive to what is happening to you. It is helping you to keep in-tune with what you are trying to achieve. Without tuning your senses ever more finely, you will not learn to appreciate subtle energies and how your whole being responds and reacts to them.

It is also a good way of learning to trust your intuition. If you think you felt something, you probably did, so make a note of it. When you look back over the notes you often see a very clear pattern of development and change.

We all need help at some time with our issues, especially if we are working with light, as working with light always pushes us to move forward and sometimes we get stuck because of the power of the energy within us pushing too hard, and then resistance sets in and blockages can form, becoming extremely difficult to move without a great deal of power.

You may have a specific issue in mind which you need help with. For example:-

Feeling stuck in life.
Moving on from a relationship.
Resolving difficulties with a loved one.
Recovery from an operation or illness.
Clearing and balancing your energies.
Spiritual Evolution and moving on in your own growth and experience.

Another scenario is that you may just ‘feel’ or ‘know’ that something is not quite right or needs attention, but that you don’t know or understand what it is.

A telephone consultation will enable us to ’look-in’ to your consciousness and see what the problem is. We can then work out, with the help of Spirit Guidance, what essences will help to resolve the problem and get things moving in the right direction.

An Essence Programme usually runs for around 3 months and may include between 3 and 6 essences. Sometimes the essences are all the same and in other instances there can be a number of different essences which take you through different stages of the programme.

The Programme and Beyond
A programme consists of between 3 to 6 Essences as advised by the Guides, complete with a description of the issue being worked on and a detailed programme of how and when to take the essences. Typically, a Programme lasts for a period of 3 months.

There are three different levels of programme available and when working with the higher level programmes, you may find that other issues begin to be driven up by the power which enters you. If this happens, you might consider the benefits of taking the opportunity to keep things moving with a second programme after the first has run its course.

Alternatively, when a programme comes to a conclusion, the energy is very high and focussed and this can be an ideal time to continue onto a Spiritual Evolution Programme. The Guides can always advise on your suitability. Trust your intuition and you will naturally know what is right for you.

LEVEL 1: Do it Yourself Programme

Choose your own essences for your own reasons and embark upon a learning journey, working as and when it suits you. Learning as you go along how to feel what the essences are doing, with a growing sense of excitement and knowledge of how you can bring changes to your life with the subtle vibrations of essences.

Nothing to Worry About
If you get it right, it is transformational, although the transformation may take some months to fully integrate through your system.

If you get it wrong, don’t worry, it won’t harm you, it just doesn’t work. So have a go!

LEVEL 2: Basic Essence Programme

The Basic Essence Programme is very powerful and can deal with many energetic scenarios, from small to quite major energy blockages, fairly serious subtle energy system damage and healing and balancing on many levels, including mental, emotional and past life.

Guided and Monitored
When you start this programme, you will be connected directly to Dave’s healing energies via the essences. This healing power then drives the essences very deeply and accurately into your whole being. Spirit Guides oversee this energetic link so that exactly the right amount of energy is channelled to the essences at any one time. Guides switch the healing energies on and off as required and monitor the energy flow for the entire period of the programme. This means that as soon as you take the essences you are directly connected to the energy, and when you connect to the energy, the Guides immediately process the flow.

A Basic Essence Programme is a very cost effective way to work on yourself and move forward in a serious way, and with more impact.

The Wheel of Light energies are unique and evolutionary in nature. They are a much higher vibration and frequency than Dave’s healing energies and work more in an evolutionary way. However, with some healing work, this evolutionary process is very important in the way it accesses the deeper consciousness to bring about change. In this programme Guides will be constantly monitoring you and actively working within your being. They guide and assist the process usually whilst you are asleep, as when sleeping, it is possible to access your consciousness at a much deeper level.

Limited Access
The Wheel of Light energies impact very deeply and can be as potent as a personal session with Dave. However, not everyone can be connected to these evolutionary energies. Access is limited. Firstly, by the number of people who can be connected at any one time and also by the suitability of your energy. Unless you are a light worker at a reasonably advanced level, or you have a high vibrational rate, the Guides cannot connect you to these energies.
